I travelled to Turkey last night. This is going to be an action film. I
flew there by myself for work, but after a phone call with Rachel, she immediately flew over (beats me, it was a #dream
after all). While touring the town, we were at an above-ground train
station. The view was pretty good. We had a mysterious-type bodyguard
with us.
Bumping into an Indian guy who was also a tourist
with a camcoder, we had a chat and realise he was the kid in some
Coca-Cola advertisement when he was
young. As it turned out, he left Turkey after that due to some family
problems. Right beside was another tourist I recognised, Danny Glover.
Or some actor that looks like him. After much discussion, we all decided
to head out to explore the city.
I left a bag of our food at a
seat some way from where we were talking. As I went to retrieve the
bag, I realised some gang in black were walking towards my group. They
had 2 cameramen tagging along, and I realised I was the bodyguard. It
turns out I've been evading any form of recorded video surveillance the
entire trip and these cameras were not going to get the better of me.
Sensing trouble, I trailed after them unnoticed.
Too bad I just woke up from it. Fascinating trip.
